Frequently asked questions

How can I rent an iPad from you?

You can reserve your ipad online or you can call us at (+65) 8428-7043.  If you have any questions or need any assistance, you can also email us at info@ipadrental.sg.

Do you offer delivery and collection of iPads?

Yes, we do offer delivery and collection of ipads. 

As our rates are already low, we do have a
minimum order of $300 before we offer delivery and/or collection of ipads.  For orders , less
than $300, there will be a delivery charge of $40 per trip.

Are apps pre-loaded into your iPads?

We specialize in the hire of iPads for events, hence, most of the time, we do not pre-load apps. 

We can, however, pre-load apps if you need, but these apps are apps that we as a company are
already using.  If you need to purchase and/or use additional apps, you can use your own itunes
account to load the apps into the iPad..

I have a corporate event shortly and I need a quotation from you?

You can call us at (+65) 8428-7043 with your company name, your full name and also your company’s address.  We will issue you a quotation normally not later than 48 hours.

Is there a deposit required?

We do not have a deposit requirement for corporate customers.  However, if you are a new customer, please note that we require your company’s Business Profile. For individual customers, please note that we do have a deposit of $200 and we do require that you have a SINGPASS before we can hire the iPad to you.  You may, however, call us at (+65) 8428-7043 if you need to waive off the deposit requirement.  We will try to work with you.

Are your iPads Wifi enabled?

Our iPads are Wifi enabled.  As default, all iPads come with Wifi.  However, that does not mean that all iPads come with 3G/4G.

Why do you need 3G/4G if I rent an iPad from you?

Wifi requires an internet connection and a router!  If you are using the iPad outdoors, and you wish to access the internet, for example, your app requires an internet connection, then you will need a 3G/4G enabled iPad, with a 3G/4G sim card to be able to access to the internet. If your event is indoors, and the event location does offer internet access then you may not need to use a 3G/4G ipad with a 3G/4G sim card.  However, please note that without any 3G/4G sim cards, you are totally dependent on the locations’ router and Wifi connection.
